This is Bakeneko (or Nekomata)
an impressive being of japanese culture.

The stories tell that when a cat reaches certain age and weight ( or when their tails split in two) they can become this creature, walking in two legs like humans and creating balls of fire, and a lot more of other cool skills! xD~
Stories even tell about bakenekos killing their owners and taking their place in society, living their owner's life.
